The 3-Day Reset I Do Every Month

Life gets messy. Travel, stress, late nights, too much food — it adds up. So once a month, I hit the reset button.


Here’s my simple 3-day system to reboot my body, skin, energy and mind.


Day 1 – Drain + Rest

  1. Lots of water, herbal teas

  2. Light stretching, mobility

  3. Extra sleep (aim for 9+ hours)

  4. No work, no screens at night


Day 2 – Move + Nourish

  1. Walks (2×30 min outside)

  2. Light meals: bone broth, avocado, boiled eggs

  3. Journaling or reflection

  4. Sauna or long shower


Day 3 – Rebuild

  1. Return to clean meals: protein, veggies, good fats

  2. Focused breathing

  3. Slow, mindful strength workout

  4. Gratitude, plan next 30 days


It’s not about punishment.

It’s about creating space for the younger version of you to show up again.
