Life gets messy. Travel, stress, late nights, too much food — it adds up. So once a month, I hit the reset button.
Here’s my simple 3-day system to reboot my body, skin, energy and mind.
Day 1 – Drain + Rest
Lots of water, herbal teas
Light stretching, mobility
Extra sleep (aim for 9+ hours)
No work, no screens at night
Day 2 – Move + Nourish
Walks (2×30 min outside)
Light meals: bone broth, avocado, boiled eggs
Journaling or reflection
Sauna or long shower
Day 3 – Rebuild
Return to clean meals: protein, veggies, good fats
Focused breathing
Slow, mindful strength workout
Gratitude, plan next 30 days
It’s not about punishment.
It’s about creating space for the younger version of you to show up again.
